Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

• The Prize Draw is only open to residents of the UK.
• Only one entry per person per designated Prize Draw will be accepted.
• No purchase is necessary. Entry to the prize draw is free of charge.
• To be entered in the prize draw, entrants must provide contact details (name, email address and organisation). The Promoter may use these details to send email communications to entrants from time-to-time. All entrants can unsubscribe from these emails by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link which will be found at the end of emails from Networking Works. For full details please see the Privacy Policy
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
• The closing date for entries for the designated Prize Draw is [ ].
• Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules or incomplete will be disqualified. No liability shall be taken for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for participants being unable to connect to the Promoter's website or to participate in this Prize Draw, or if their entry is late or lost, due to any problem, technical or otherwise connected with their email or web connection. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt.

• The prize will be awarded to the first entries drawn at random by an independent, supervised individual. The decision of the independent, supervised individual will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• There are no cash alternatives to the prizes featured including circumstances in which the winner makes a booking but does not utilise it.
• Prizes are not transferable.
• If due to circumstances outside the Promoter's control or if the Promoter deems it necessary to suspend, amend or cancel the prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right to do so.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
